The Learning Approach

2-days of learning-by-doing with a customised workshop that explored radical new ways of thinking with data.
Bi-weekly coaching calls support to learning experiments being carried out by participants.
1-day project showcase and reconnection where teams presented their learning experiments to the organisation’s leadership. Real-world impact.
What Made It Work
The breakthrough came when managers realised that technological change requires humans to overcome anxieties, remove old habits, and begin applying new knowledge in a different way. They practised new behaviours in real time while working on actual business challenges, building confidence by solving problems they would face the next week.
Capabilities Developed
A total of 200 managers were trained. Teams learnt to anticipate change rather than react to it, developed comfort with ambiguity, and built the confidence to experiment with data-driven approaches in their daily operations
