For over a decade, I’ve worked with teams across the globe who need to adapt to new technologies, market conditions, or ways of working. Rather than creating dependency on external consultants, I focus on building internal capability so teams can handle transformation challenges themselves.


My approach combines customer research, strategic planning, and methods to develop a shift in mindset. I work with organisations to understand what their customers actually need, develop strategies for uncertain futures, and build the skills their managers need to lead change effectively.


I’ve designed learning programmes accredited under SkillsFuture Singapore and IBF frameworks, working with organisations from startups to multinationals. My background spans digital marketing, data analytics, design thinking, group dynamics and agile methodologies. The real focus is always on giving people the mindset and practical tools to use.
